I discovered my passion for fitness and Zumba during my post-pregnancy weight loss journey in 2013. From a dedicated Zumba student, I became an instructor, wishing I had discovered Zumba much earlier. In 2017, I enhanced my fitness expertise by earning a group fitness instructor certification, enabling me to offer the safest and most effective dance fitness classes.
My enthusiasm for dance and choreography, coupled with my understanding of Latin rhythms, has allowed me to fully adopt the Zumba format. I create dynamic playlists and routines that deliver an efficient cardio interval workout. I accommodate all levels of fitness and dance experience. It is my aim to ensure you feel energized and successful after doing my routines.
